baggage assistance friendly staff convenient location
The staff provided baggage assistance and greeted me with smiles. Florina at reception was pleasant and accommodating. The location is a short walk to Victoria Station (it took me only 5 minutes).
The mattress felt hard.

excellent service nice selection separate dish
florina at reception greeted my daughter with a smile and provided excellent service. the breakfast offered a nice selection. i found it easy to avoid cross-contamination with separate dishes provided for those with severe allergies like myself i appreciated that.
the floor in my room needed better cleaning. i thought the single head cover in the bathroom was a disappointing amenity. it did not match the price range for a hotel like this one that i was in

adequate stay with some shortcomings
window issue noisy environment
the location was very convenient, providing easy access to transportation.
i had issues with the room i was assigned. the window in my room did not close properly. This led to a surprisingly noisy environment from the back road. sleeping was difficult.

Check-in was so smooth! the staff was very helpful and nice. the location is very convenient, a twenty minute walk took me to westminster. i slept soundly and the facilities were great..
the lifts sometimes took a little while, because some of them were not working. this was a small delay, but everything else was perfect!

the staff were polite. they were really nice upon arrival and quickly answered all my questions. they seemed genuinely happy to assist me, and this added a lot to my overall experience. i appreciate good service.

lovely staff comfortable room electric switch poor soundproofing tents unpleasant thing
I found the staff quite lovely and very helpful. I was thankful. the room was also very comfortable. everything was easy to use via an electric switch pad, including curtains and heating.
i noticed the soundproofing was not the best. even with a quiet room, i could hear noise from next door. i also found that at night the area near the hotel seemed covered in tents. in the morning, i was avoiding some unpleasant things on the pavements to get to work.
