florina at reception greeted my daughter with a smile and provided excellent service. the breakfast offered a nice selection. i found it easy to avoid cross-contamination with separate dishes provided for those with severe allergies like myself i appreciated that.
the floor in my room needed better cleaning. i thought the single head cover in the bathroom was a disappointing amenity. it did not match the price range for a hotel like this one that i was in

the location was very convenient, providing easy access to transportation.
i had issues with the room i was assigned. the window in my room did not close properly. This led to a surprisingly noisy environment from the back road. sleeping was difficult.

Check-in was so smooth! the staff was very helpful and nice. the location is very convenient, a twenty minute walk took me to westminster. i slept soundly and the facilities were great..
this was a small delay, but everything else was perfect!

I found the staff quite lovely and very helpful. I was thankful. the room was also very comfortable. everything was easy to use via an electric switch pad, including curtains and heating.
i noticed the soundproofing was not the best. even with a quiet room, i could hear noise from next door. i also found that at night the area near the hotel seemed covered in tents. in the morning, i was avoiding some unpleasant things on the pavements to get to work.
